# Founders & Dragons

> Founders & Dragons is a short-form, AI-made fantasy comedy series about startup life — four
> heroes and one unbothered sheep discover that magic, strength and bravery lose to numbers and
> spreadsheets. It is produced by Azulevia, a studio that hires out the very pipeline that
> makes it: cinematic AI video, with the legal paperwork included.

Key facts:

- Series: 100% AI picture, voice and score; episodes run ~90–120 seconds. Season one:
teaser "Declined.", Episode 1 "The Fast Way", Episode 2 "Ads & Fireworks",
Episode 3 "Magic Intelligence" (in production) and Episode 4 "The Potions of Voice
Charming", a band-musical music video (in production).
- Cast: Aldrec the mage, Borin the dwarf, Faelor the high elf, Bram the ranger, and the
Sheep (legal counsel). Season one recruits: Crest (elven guitarist, joins in Ep 4),
Little Timmy the magic-intelligence prodigy and Lord Anselm the dreadfully rich client (Ep 3). Character plates and locked voice design
keep every face and voice identical across episodes.
- The AI Video Forge (the flagship offer — AI video for brands): brand trailers, custom episodes, character & mascot
packs with cast consistency across episodes, product explainer videos, full series production.
First shots in days, finished films in weeks, with a progress dispatch every working day and
the customer involved at every step. Characters built from pure imagination or from the
client's own actors' references (with consent paperwork). Pricing per finished minute:
solo quest €600/min, full party from €1,200/min, the campaign (full production) by custom
quote — from €600 per finished minute, exactly as shown on the site. A limited number of
productions per month; if the script sketch does not convince, the client owes nothing.
Fixed quotes from a one-page brief. Projects are paid upfront under a full-refund guarantee
that is a binding contractual clause (Terms, clause 8) and not a marketing claim: acceptance
criteria are defined in the quote, the refund turns on meeting those criteria (never on ad
performance), and a refunded film is never assigned — taking the refund means the copyright
does not transfer and the work may not be used for any purpose, in whole or in part.
- Where we work: clients worldwide. The studio, its counsel and all GPU rendering are in
Europe — that is the specialism, not a limit on who can hire the forge.
- Software (AI-assisted development, sold on request — no public page or price list):
the studio also builds working software, and the contact funnel answers a software brief
with a build plan and a fixed quote. Video is the advertised offer; software is quoted
  case by case.
- The Chancery (legal, rides with every production): actor & consent contracts, image usage
  rights, copyright & IP transfer on acceptance, GDPR & EU AI Act disclosure. Included in every project;
audits quoted per scope. In-house counsel.
- Compliance: video model MiniMax H3 used under a written authorization from MiniMax to the
studio (covering the model and its works), self-hosted — all GPU rendering happens on the
studio's own GPUs in European data centres. The stack overall is Europe-first (a few
auxiliary tools, such as large-language-model assistants for writing and code, come from
non-EU providers). GDPR-first, DPA as standard, client data never used to train public
models, EU AI Act disclosure handled, all AI content labelled as such.
