The AI Video Forge
Cinematic AI Video. Fixed Quotes. Delivered in Weeks.
Everything in the show — consistent characters, coherent worlds, voices and music — is forged with AI by Azulevia, from pure imagination or from your own actors’ references. First shots in days, tangible progress daily, and you as involved as you want to be. This is the forge that makes it, for hire: script to picture, voices to score — MiniMax H3 under written licence, every frame rendered on GPUs in Europe, with the paperwork that lets you publish it.
The rites
Flagship forgeCinematic AI video, made like the show — script to picture, voices to score. Four rites, one pipeline, rendered on GPUs in Europe.
A cinematic 60–90 s+ epic with your product as the quest and multiple consistent characters — heroes cast from your own team, if you dare.
An original song and a staged performance to match — designed voices, instruments and stagecraft, from first note to final cut.
Your product, explained so anyone gets it — what it does, how it works and why it matters, told as a story people watch to the end instead of a feature list they skip.
Season planning, a recurring cast that never drifts, episode pipeline and publishing cadence — a show that ships every week.
What every finished minute includes
Heroes designed for your brand and locked with production plates — the same face in every scene, every episode.
Voices cast to the character and directed line by line — a performance, not text-to-speech reading a script.
A written script with a beginning, a joke and a point, boarded shot by shot before anything renders.
A score composed for the picture and sound design cut to it — not a stock loop laid underneath.
Costumes, sets and light held steady from shot to shot — the discipline that separates a film from a slideshow of AI clips.
IP transfer, consent records and EU AI Act disclosure included — so the video can actually be published.

A cast that holds together — multiple custom characters, several scenes, designed voices and sound. Brand trailers and single episodes live here.

How a video gets forged
The rite, step by stepWhile your film is being forged, a real studio stands at your side, not a vending machine. Every working day you get a dispatch — new shots, new takes, the cut growing — and you can steer any morning. Your part can be as small as a brief and two approvals, or as close as a seat at the anvil.

You bring the quest
Day 0A one-page brief — what you're making, who it's for, when you need it. Add brand assets or product shots if you have them, or the real actors your characters should be built from; we bring the consent forms.
- One-page brief
- Brand assets & product shots optional
- Actor references + consent, if real faces appear
You get: a script sketch and an iron quote within two business days — free, and yours to walk away from.

Seal the quote, then script & boards
The iron quote comes first — price, delivery date and acceptance criteria fixed on paper, a quote no one breaks. You accept it, you pay upfront, and the Oath's full-refund guarantee takes effect. Then the deep work begins: the full script, boarded shot by shot, with you approving every page on paper — where changes cost nothing.

- Sealed & paid under the full-refund Oath
- Full script & storyboards follow
- Approval on paper — changes free
You get: a film you can read — and a guarantee you can hold.

The Chancery of the Video Forge
Contracts & rightsThe part nobody else sells you. A film full of AI-made people raises real questions: who signed off on the faces and voices, what rights travel with the images going in and the film coming out, and what GDPR and the EU AI Act require you to disclose. Our counsel drafts the answers alongside the production, so what you publish is yours and defensible.
Signed contracts and releases for every real person who appears or lends a face or voice to a character — founders, employees, hired actors — with a documented record of what was used and why. The single biggest exposure in AI video, closed on paper.
Included in every projectWritten rights of usage on both sides of the forge: the brand assets, product shots and reference photos that go in, and the finished film that comes out — cleared for every channel you plan to run it on.
Included in every projectA written chain of title for every deliverable — characters, voices, score, footage. You get an assignment you can show a broadcaster, an investor or a court, not a licence buried in a tool's terms.
Included in every projectConsent-clean data flows and synthetic-content disclosure are handled in every project. Need more? A review of how your team already uses AI — disclosure duties, labelling, processor agreements — with a plain-language remediation list.

Questions travellers ask
Why does a finished minute cost €600–€1,200+?
Because a finished minute is a small production, not a clip from a prompt: a written script, custom characters designed and locked, voices cast and directed line by line, dozens of individually staged shots, an original score, and the rights paperwork that lets you publish it. Those are the deliverables of a film production — minus the film crew, which is why the same minute from a live-action or agency pipeline typically starts at five figures.
What do I need to provide?
A one-page brief: what you’re making, who it’s for, and when you need it. Add your logo, brand colours or product shots if you have them, and signed consent if real people should appear (we bring the forms). Everything else — script, characters, voices, music, edit, paperwork — is our side of the forge.
How long does it take?
The script sketch and fixed quote arrive within two business days of your brief. Production typically runs from one to a few weeks depending on runtime and tier — the delivery date is written into the quote, and it holds. And from the first render day you get a daily dispatch of what was forged, so progress is something you watch, not something you are promised.
Do I own the result?
Yes. Full copyright and IP transfer on acceptance — a written assignment you can show a broadcaster, an investor or a court, not a licence buried in some tool’s terms of service. Projects are paid upfront, so no last invoice stands between you and your film: accept it and it is yours outright; refuse it against the acceptance criteria and you take the full refund instead.
What if the delivered video isn’t what I expected?
Then you get your money back — in full. Every quote defines acceptance criteria: what the finished film must meet for you to accept it. Projects are paid upfront, so the guarantee is not implied — it is drafted by our in-house counsel: miss the criteria, full refund. Two honest boundaries: a refunded film may not be used for any purpose, in whole or in part; and the guarantee turns on the acceptance criteria in the quote, not on how the advertisement performs once published — nobody can honestly promise views.
Which video model do you use — and are you allowed to?
The picture comes out of MiniMax H3, which we run under a written authorization from MiniMax to our studio — covering both the model and its works — self-hosted on our own GPUs in European data centres. Around it sits a Europe-first stack: every frame renders in Europe, while a few auxiliary tools (large-language-model assistants for writing and code) come from non-EU providers. The disclosure pack that ships with every delivery spells all of this out.
Will my characters stay consistent across videos?
Yes — that is the plates system the show itself runs on. Every character’s face, costume and voice is locked in production plates, so the mascot from your first video is pixel-for-pixel the same hero in your fifth.
What about changes and revisions?
The script and storyboards are approved by you before anything renders — on paper, where changes cost nothing. The quote then spells out the revision rounds included on the cut itself, so nothing about the price is a surprise.
